Delivery Route Operator
We are looking for a propane delivery route driver. Koopman & Sons Gas is a family-owned business with over 70 years in the propane business with a growing customer base. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and good customer service skills. We are willing to train a qualified applicant to deliver propane to our customers, manage customer accounts, assist with service installations and be able to perform light maintenance on trucks and equipment. Must have a clean driving record and have or be able to obtain a Class B CDL with airbrakes and HAZMAT endorsements. We offer competitive wages and paid vacation.
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
Koopman & Sons Gas is looking for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in the daily operation of our business. We are a family-owned business with over 70 years in the propane business with a growing customer base. Applicant should be experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications, have professional and pleasant customer service skills, have a high attention to detail, and be self-motivated and able to work in an unsupervised manner. Some duties and responsibilities include answering phones, taking, and distributing accurate messages; reviewing day to day sales entries; process incoming payments, prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits; monitor and maintain office supplies; perform other office duties as assigned. This is a permanent position with flexible hours.
